Braderm Kerato 20 is a lightweight emulsion indicated for the cosmetic treatment of thickened skin prone to redness. The formula, based on 20% urea, 2% fumaric acid and mandelic acid, helps reduce excessive scaling and soften areas of skin thickening. Niacinamide and polidocanol help soothe the skin and reduce discomfort, while ceramides, cholesterol and phytosphingosine help support and restore the skin’s natural barrier.
