Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with a charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were sent carriage forward, upon the customer’s indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered letter with return receipt, to Braderm srl to the commercial reference. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in writing, or by fax, or via the Internet (online) or telephone. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming that the order has been placed, or by e-mail (E-mail), indicating the relative order number; in the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or shortage of product.
Multiple orders placed separately will not be merged into a single shipment; if you want to buy more than one item you have to do it with a single order.
We would like to point out that for all orders received from 4.00 pm onwards, the processing of the package within the same day is not guaranteed.
We remind you that we are very quick to prepare your order and that we use express couriers, this means that we cannot make changes once the order has been sent (change of delivery address, method of payment, purchased products, etc.). SHIPMENTS IN ITALY
In Italy the shipping costs amount to € 5.00.
For cash on delivery payments, cash on delivery fees of € 3.00 are always added.
Returns, exchanges, disputes, refunds
In the event of an error in the order or shipment, it is possible to request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the product received does not conform to the one ordered (unless otherwise agreed), it is possible to request a free exchange with the desired product, or another one of the same amount.
The product sent incorrectly must be returned to the courier upon delivery of the new package, intact and well packaged.
If the product received is damaged or defective (e.g. broken bottle and leaked product), you can request a new free shipment of the same product, or another one of the same amount. Photographic evidence of damage will be required for insurance purposes.
In case of exchange (or return) of one or more products for a correctly fulfilled order, the round trip shipping costs are charged to the customer.
In case of refusal at the time of delivery for an order correctly processed and already paid, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.
