Braderm Kerato Psor Cleanser is a daily cleanser indicated for dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. Its formula, free from harsh surfactants, SLES and sodium lauryl sulfate, gently cleanses the skin without altering its natural balance. Urea 3.5% and olive oil 1% help counteract dryness and dehydration, while ceramides, bisabolol and beta-glucan help strengthen the skin barrier, soothe redness and itching, and prevent irritation. The skin is left softer, more hydrated and protected.
