Braderm DS Ker Lozione Plus is a leave-on lotion used as an adjunct in the cosmetic treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and trunk. The formula, based on itraconazole, tioconazole and ichthyol, helps counteract alterations in the skin flora and normalize excessive sebum production. Zinc sulfate and mandelic acid help purify the skin and reduce scaling, while panthenol, glycyrrhetinic acid and rosemary and nettle extracts provide a soothing and rebalancing action. It also helps restore the skin barrier, giving the skin and hair a healthier and more radiant appearance.
